Central Office Reporting and Data Export For Digital DiningÒ DD Admin CS retrieves your Digital Dining Cash, Sales, and Inventory data from your online Digital Dining Virtual Machine (ddvm) and allows export to a multitude of accounting and payroll applications. DD Admin allows your central office location to centrally management store level data in one central data warehouse, allowing complete flexible and complete data integration to your corporate financial system. Cash and Sales - Transfers as a General Journal Transaction, one per store per day.
Accounts Receivable - Transfers house charges and payments on account from Digital Dining to individual invoices and payments in your accounting software.
Payroll - Transfers at a payroll export time, providing FLSA compliant overtime calculations and calculations for state specific labor law compliance.
Accounts Payable - Transfers invoices from Digital Dining inventory to account payable bills in your accounting software.
All customer records and associated accounts and items in Digital Dining POS are replicated to equivalent records in QuickBooks and other packages, where available. All vendor records and associated accounts and items in Digital Dining inventory are replicated to equivalent records in QuickBooks as well.
